This genuine OEM bake element is located on the bottom of the oven cavity to supply heat for baking. The approximate size is 19-1/2 inches wide by 18-1/2 inches long and has 3-1/2 inch inserts. The element terminals are male quarter inch spade connectors and have push-on wire terminals. If your oven is not heating evenly, the element will not heat, or there is little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the element. Please remember to disconnect the power to your oven before you start your repair. Next, remove the 2 screws securing the old element, pull it out, and discard. Connect the new element prongs where the old element fit and screw it back in place. This is a very simple repair that anyone can do.

This chrome drip bowl is an OEM approved replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. Drip bowls are a part for your cooktop, positioned underneath the burner to catch spills. This drip bowl fits under 8-inch burner elements and has a diameter of approximately 10-inches. It is common for the manufacturer to switch up designs, so it may not match your current part, however searching using the correct model number will ensure proper fit and function. Drips bowls are prone to wear and tear and can be a fire hazard if not replaced when needed. It is also a quick, easy, and cheap way to give your appliance a fresh new look. Each drip bowl is sold individually, so if you are interested in replacing your other drips bowls, they need to be ordered separately. This is also an opportune time to inspect the terminals for corrosion or damage, and the condition of the burner. No tools are required for installation, simply line up the hole on the bowl with the terminal block and drop it into place. Give your new drip bowl a regular cleaning with warm water and soap to help it last as long as possible.

If you are having difficulty opening or closing the drawer at the bottom of your range, the drawer glides may be damaged. These genuine OEM rear drawer glides help to support the side of the drawer and prevent metal-to-metal contact when the drawer is pulled in and out. Replacing the part is an easy repair, and just requires a flat blade screwdriver. Remove the drawer from the bottom of your range and place it on a suitable work surface. Remove the broken drawer glide by disengaging the locking tab with the screwdriver. Snap the new drawer glide into place and put the drawer back in the bottom of your range, ensuring that the tracks are lined up. The drawer should now slide in easily. Please note that these parts are sold individually, but your drawer requires four glides ? one for each corner. If you need to replace more than one drawer glide, make sure you add the correct quantity to your cart.

I broke the front bottom drawer glide of the my Figidaire Oven range.
It was a quick alignment of the plastice glide and snap, it was in. The drawer now shuts evenly and it does not look lope sided or that is hanging to one side. It was so simple but it was important to me that this drawer hung right and not look like it was falling apart. Read more...

The drip bowl is used for electric ranges or cooktops with the coiled style burners, to catch any drips, spills, or crumbs that may occur while cooking. If your bowls have become discolored, corroded, difficult to clean, or otherwise damaged it may be time to replace them. This repair is easy and does not require any tools to complete the job. Ensure that all burners are turned off and cool to the touch before starting. First you need to lift up and disconnect the burner from the socket. While you have the burner out, it is a good time to check it for any signs of damage. Look at the terminals for any signs of arcing or burning. If you notice this, you will want to replace both the element and the receptacle it plugs into. Remove the old drip bowl by pulling it out. Then insert the new one by lining up the small hole on the side with the element block. Ensure that it is siting flat and then plug the element back into the socket. Please note that the manufacturer has substituted this part, and it no longer has a solid bottom. It is not recommended to cover the hole with products like aluminum foil, as it can trap heat or melt, becoming a fire hazard. As it is an OEM part, it ensures it will fit your model. The drip bowls are sold individually, chrome in color and about 8 inches in diameter, made to fit under a 6 inch burner element.

Burner would not heat up and the cook top on light would not turn off.
First turn off breaker. Pull out stove and unplug. There was about 8 screws on the panel on the back side of the control panel. Remove panel. Remove knob on the bad control and there is 2 screws behind knob. Remove those 2 screws and take the new control and remove 1 wire at a time from old switch to new one then put back together.
