My high pressure mode won’t engage
For model number K2400HH
Hello Rt, thank you for reaching out to Fix. Disconnect the garden hose from the water inlet; clean the water inlet and filter screen. Test the supply water using a pressure/flow-rate gauge. Provide a cooler water supply. If the supply water does not produce an adequate pressure, look for an alternative source that can provide adequate pressure and flow. Remove black detergent nozzle and attach a high pressure nozzle. Make sure there are no small leaks, holes, or tears in your garden hose or high-pressure hose that are causing your pressure washer to lose pressure when you pull the trigger. If all checks are fine, we would recommend replacing the unloader valve, part number FIX9949597. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!
