The pilot light is a flame that comes out of your assembly, when heated the sensor will create a very low voltage. This sends a signal to the control valve to keep releasing gas to your pilot, which will light your fireplace. when I look at your picture of the part it shows two cooper lines and one wire connector. My part on the fireplace has one metal line and two wire connectors. Is this the correct part for my model DV 580. Thank You
