Is this part NEW or USED? Mine seems to be clogged with calcification so I don't want to have a similar issue with a used one. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

When you say “pre-ground” coffee, do you mean like canned Folgers or pre-ground from an espresso grinder? Thx
