Motor mount broke due to imbalance caused by mud dobber nests.
Pulled PTAC out of wall sleeve, unhook wire harness from control area, remove condenser shroud and motor and fan blade all at the same time. Replaced motor bracket and re-installed in reverse order.

fan had stripped out and was replacing.
very tight working situations. made a mistake with a delicate piece of the fan and broke it and that rendered the part unuseful.
