knob broken
the knob was loose to touch after using for only one week.
a/c bought in june 2009
i called the mfgr and they referred me to wherei bought it.
they said no warranty on knobs,so i went to internet got you people and ordered part. it arrived in two days and i installed and a/c is o/k now
